The Horticulture Department has introduced an innovative habitat for small insects in Lalbagh Botanical Garden, known as the 'Insect Cafe,' which was inaugurated recently.

In partnership with the Vibhinna India Foundation, this initiative is part of their CSR efforts. It aims to create a refuge and breeding space for insects that have been losing their natural habitats due to the swift urbanization and expansion of concrete cities.
