JSW Group shares experienced a decline of up to 4 percent in intra-day trade on Monday following the filing of a first information report (FIR) against Chairman Sajjan Jindal by a Mumbai woman, accusing him of rape. The chairman of the steel-to-power conglomerate has categorically denied these allegations. In response to the situation, JSW Steel shares dropped by as much as 3.6 percent to reach a low of ₹836 apiece, while JSW Holdings also saw a decline of 3.6 percent to reach a low of ₹4,965.05 apiece.
